SOLUTION TO 5 TRIGGERS OR REASONS FOR “WHY OUR HEALTH IS NOT BECOMING BETTER?”

SOLUTION TO 5 TRIGGERS OR REASONS FOR “WHY OUR HEALTH IS NOT BECOMING BETTER?”

‍REASON 1. Spending time thinking too much about past and future.

SOLUTION: The simplest solution to this trigger is to just concentrate and focus on the present and cherish this moment. One must realize that the present which really exists, not the past neither the future because past is gone and no one knows his or her future as it’s in our imagination, perceptions and dreams. Use this present day or moments to fulfill your goals.

REASON 2.  Excess of clutter.

SOLUTION: Organize your environment, whether it is your household or office or study desk. Prioritizing and organization leads to clarity and clear vision as well. It helps simplifying your life and makes it positively systematic. By removing toxic relationship and generating healthy relationships, you can de-clutter your life too, which will help you focus on important and right things in life and eventually make you a healthy person physically and mentally.

REASON 3. Unhealthy eating habits.

SOLUTION: Skipping meals is not a solution to reduce weight or if you think that by skipping meals you will be able to save time? Let me tell you my friend,  it’s of no use as it will lead to excess of craving which due to which you will eat more and will gain extra calories and no time will be saved as you will feel fatigued all the day.

So, it is very important to take at least 5-6 small meals during the day and keep yourself energized. Provide the right type and amount of fuel to your body so that it can function better and will help to keep it fit and fine always.

REASON 4.  Fear, imaginative fear.

SOLUTION: Meditate and relax the moment you start feeling fearful. Replace the negative thoughts with the positive ones. To give you an example a student feeling fear of failing in an examination will start feeling anxious and under confident at the time of exam and then will forget the answers which he already knew (this has happened will all of us in exam time…I know).

But if he tries to think positive and perform confidently in his exam he can even answer questions on the topics, about which he hasn’t read very well and can score marks on it too and successfully attempt the question paper.

So it’s always better to think about the plus points rather than the minus ones and move forward to beat fear as it is only in our imagination.

5. Not having good quality sleep.

SOLUTION: Change your sleeping habits. Pray (Talk to your creator, believe me God is always listening like a best friend) Meditate, relax, listen to soothing music or read a book and you can even write your thoughts in notebook or about the things you’re thankful for in life. All this will help in feel relaxed, calm and will help you sleep better.
All these practices (solutions) will help you regain good health and become healthier person.
