Even when everything goes well in life we feel something is not good. Sometimes we feel unhappy about our life and we realize that something is lacking in us or may be in our habits or lifestyle. And sometimes it's just that we want to improve, grow and want our life to be even better than what it is presently. But we feel so overwhelmed that we can't think clearly and lose motivation to improve our life. We are not able to decide what  we want to change so that our life can become more meaningful and fulfilling. So I am going to share the best technique I have discovered to have clear thoughts, know and decide how to find and be clear about what changes we want in life. It's easy to think what we don't like about our life as we mostly keep thinking what is not good rather than what is going well in life.
