Avoid caring about what other people think or say about you.   Often you may find ourselves thinking and worrying about what other people will think or say about you especially when you want to do something with which others may not agree and also sometimes after meeting people like our relatives or neighbors you may worry about what they must be talking about you behind your back or how they may have perceived your actions.     All of such thoughts often result in overthinking and discouragement to do something productive. Overthinking means thinking about a particular topic excessively or repeatedly. When we think about same thought over and over again or think too much about a specific thought for long time then it is said that we are overthinking.  Thinking is important for us to take evaluate situations and take right decisions accordingly   or to understand something and also to take actions as per our thoughts and decisions but when we keep thinking about something more than required then we overthink about it.
