Laziness is unwillingness to do activities even though having the capability to do the act and sometimes we are just not able to overcome laziness, especially when we overthink about what to do to feel active and motivated again.  Have you ever felt sleepy during whole day as if you have not had enough sleep even after taking full eight hours goodnight sleep? That’s exactly how we feel when we are lazy. The sleepiness and feeling of low energy stops us from doing our basic tasks. Laziness can be caused because of various factors like lack of motivation, stress, poor health or lifestyle. Generally Laziness is a habit of reluctance to be active and doing what we want to do or have to do.
