Even when everything goes well in life we feel something is not good. Sometimes we feel unhappy about our life and we realize that something is lacking in us or may be in our habits or lifestyle. And sometimes it's just that we want to improve, grow and want our life to be even better than what it is presently. But we feel so overwhelmed that we can't think clearly and lose motivation to improve our life. We are not able to decide what  we want to change so that our life can become more meaningful and fulfilling.
