Why our health is not becoming better?
If you worry about being sick almost all the time then you surely ask
this question to yourself.
No doubt health is most important and It is a big concern for many of us and as we know health is the most precious wealth, it is important to know why do we fall sick or even after taking care of ourselves and why our health isn't becoming better.
Well, here I am sharing some of my observed and learnt reasons because of why our health doesn't improve and we our health unable stay stable for longer period of time or forever which we will always wish for because nobody enjoys to be sick and suffering from poor health.
Read the following and examine yourself whether these causes for poor health affects your or your loved ones health too or not. It is good to be aware about these causes or triggers as this will help you to improve your health conditions and make your day to day life a pure blessing.
Spending valuable present time overthinking about the past
and/or the future.
At some point of time we all have dwelled in the past and mostly worry about the future but is that of any use really ?
In the movie Kung Fu Panda (I don’t really remember which
part, may be the first part), the wise turtle said some lines of wisdom and
those were like this “ Yesterday Is History, Tomorrow Is Mystery But Today Is A
Gift That Is Why It Is Called A Present.”
Thinking about this phrase deeply, one will realize that we
spend our precious present just thinking about the past which is actually dead
and is in the grave and then about our future which is so uncertain that it is
useless to keep worrying about it and stressing over it. Due to which we start
developing negative thinking which destroys our health.
The present we got from
our Creator is today, this moment which we all should cherish and make the most
out of it using our talents and hobbies.
Too much clutter everywhere.
Clutter at home, office, in mobile, in Computer system and in
our life too. A disorganized house which includes messy closet, excess of stuff
like furniture, appliances and equipment can lead to stress and lethargy too to
do significant task in hand.
Same goes with our office environment or in our computer;
you must have noticed that when computer system is loaded with clutter and unnecessary
stuff, it doesn’t work properly.
Similarly when there is too much clutter in
one’s life like unhealthy or toxic relationships, excess of commitments and responsibilities
to handle, it starts affecting our mental and physical health and our body doesn’t
work properly as well.
Poor eating habits.
Eating late or skipping meals. Eating junk food which doesn't
do any good to our body.
If we will not provide timely and sufficient fuel to
our body to make it work, obviously its parts (organs) will not work properly,
will start getting damaged and will result in poor health.
Fear, imaginative fear.
Which can be illogical at times (we all have experienced it
for sure), where you are not ready to accept the reality. This ruins your peace
of mind and makes us anxious just about anything in life.
Lack of good quality sleep.
I've faced this too at times really. It’s the situation where we’re having sleep of 8-9 hours at
night but the sleep is disturbed sleep due to various reasons. It can be due to
noise, stress, negative thoughts or too many thoughts (in this situation I feel
my mind is just not sleeping) and there can be other reasons like other unhealthy
habits.
To conclude this I will say that we all have these kind of questions regarding our health
condition but we also know that only we can help ourselves and can make OUR HEALTH BECOME SUPREMELY BETTER.
