To let you know, no I don't have insomnia but I have an active brain which sometimes doesn't let my thought process to shut down. Now days at an early age people suffer from hypertension, anxiety and even depression due to stress. Reason for confusion can be different like we feel confused when we have too many thoughts about something or when there is lack of knowledge or when there are too many different opinions and other reason can be lack of sleep, when we don't get proper sleep we tend to feel tired and due to which our brain doesn't function effectively and we get confused doing various tasks at a time. This is a special article for me I have written to share what I learnt during my life till now. These lessons are results of my experiences which made me understand what is right for me and what I should avoid.
